These cucumber sandwiches are bite-sized perfection. Pair with a Grillo from Sicilia DOC to make your afternoon delightful.


  • 1 (8 ounce) Package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 (1 pound) Loaf cocktail white bread
  • 2 Cucumbers, sliced
  • 3 Radishes, sliced
  • Thyme sprigs for garnish


In a small bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream.

Arrange cocktail rye bread slices on a serving dish. Spread with the cream cheese mixture. Top each with a cucumber, radish and thyme sprig.
